Seeking Public Housing/Tax Credit Property Manager

  • Knowledge of HUD regulations and IRS regulations a plus.
  • Candidates with knowledge and experience in the tax credit programs will have preference.
  •  Must be organized, able to multitask, handle a stressful environment and possess the knowledge, skills and ability to manage the public housing program.  
  • Must pass the PHM and Tax Credit certification required within 12 months of hiring.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not a requirement.
  •  Must possess a 4-year college degree or 5 years of property management experience.  
  • Must have 3 references.
